Couples Counselling

Since 2020, I have been qualified to work with couples.

Coming to couples counselling means you are both giving space to talk and reflect on what it means to be part of a couple in your life today.

During couples counselling, you will understand more about the patterns and systems that have shaped you and how you experience relationships. This will help you understand yourself and your partner more.

You will build on your existing communication style and practice listening and communication skills that will support you both in feeling validated and understood.
